Comprehensive rebar estimation and bar bending schedule for a multi-building commercial complex comprising three building areas (1A, 1B, EA 2), a trash enclosure slab, and CMU walls. The project was organised into five bid items covering spread footings, grade beams, slab-on-grade, elevator pits, and masonry walls. Total estimated rebar weight: 114,213 lbs (approx. 51.8 tonnes) across all bid items.
Scope of Work
Rebar estimation and BBS for 5 bid items. Segments: spread footings (PFTG), grade beams (GBMS), slab-on-grade (SOG), elevator pits (FDN), trash enclosure slab (SLAB), and CMU walls (WALL). Rebar sizes #3, #4, #5, #6. Lap splice: 48D. Stock lengths: #3 = 20'-0", #4???#6 = 30'-0". Included items: standees, bury bars, carrier bars, and wall spreader bars. Excluded: welded bars, joint smooth dowels, and utility structures.
